Forced sterilization has a long history in the United States. Because requires surgical skill, physicians have been lone professionals engaging this practice, although they were not only experts or Americans to hold eugenic and neo-eugenic views. But also whistleblowers who exposed abuse led efforts end it. The commentary on case suggests that should respond along those lines.
